Who we are

This website, pollyhealth.com.au, is operated by Polly Health Pty Ltd (ABN 62 701 173 293). You can reach us any time at hello@pollyhealth.com.au.

What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to type into the register-interest form: your name, your practice name, your role, which practice software you use, and anything you add in the optional notes field. Submitting the form is entirely voluntary — you can read everything on this site without giving us anything.

There are no accounts, and we do not ask for — and do not want — any patient information through this website.

Why we collect it

Two reasons. First, to contact you about pilot access to Polly. Second, to understand which practice software systems matter most, so we build the right integrations first. That is the whole list.

We do not sell your information, share it with anyone else, add it to marketing lists, or use it for advertising.

Where it goes and how it’s stored

When you submit the form, your details are processed by Formspree, a form-handling service based in the United States, and delivered to our email. This means your form submission is handled on servers outside Australia. We keep it only for as long as it is relevant to the pilot program.

This website itself is hosted on Vercel. We use Vercel’s privacy-preserving analytics, which counts page visits in aggregate — it sets no cookies, builds no profiles, and cannot identify you.

No patient data is collected through this website, and no real patient data is used in any demonstration environment.

Access, correction and deletion

Email hello@pollyhealth.com.au and we will show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — whichever you ask.
