About Polly
Polly is recall software for endoscopy practices, built in Sydney. The practice enters what a colonoscopy and its histology showed; Polly applies the published Cancer Council Australia and NHMRC surveillance guidelines, recommends the interval, and shows the rule and guideline version behind the recommendation. The treating clinician confirms or changes every interval, and only then does the recall sequence run — letters and reminders on schedule, every contact recorded.
Polly Health Pty Ltd is an Australian company. Patient information will stay in Australia and will never be used to train AI models.
Polly is being built by Dr Shamus Toomath, a gastroenterology advanced trainee whose research background is in health communication and public health. It is being built alongside the clinicians and practice teams who live with surveillance tracking — to make the safe thing the easy thing.
